Your IT Readiness Score (1–10)
This score reflects how well your current IT approach supports operations, security, recovery, and leadership visibility. The value is not the number itself, but understanding why that number exists and what it is costing the business today.
If improving that score would not materially improve outcomes, we will not recommend change.
What Happens After the First Conversation
There is no black box. We establish an upfront agreement around why the conversation is happening, what would make it worthwhile, and what decisions could come out of it.
